Job summary

Search & Selection UK Ltd seeks a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two three-bed children's homes in Northampton and Milton Keynes. You will lead operations, drive care standards, and work with the RI to ensure safe, high-quality care for young people.

Applicants should have Registered Manager experience in children’s residential care, strong Ofsted knowledge, and a Level 5 Diploma or equivalent. Willingness to travel between sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Standards.
• Level 5 Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop staff teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of two homes or manage one service, ensuring safeguarding and welfare of young people.
• Recruit, develop and support staff to deliver high standards of care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations.
• Assess referrals and ensure suitable matches to young people's needs.
• Collaborate with families, local authorities and professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for residents.
