Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Solutions Design Manager to join the Transport Design team. This hybrid role involves remote work with weekly travel to Rugby and up to 50% travel to various sites.

You will design end-to-end transport and supply chain solutions and collaborate with customers and operations to drive improvements. You will analyse data with Excel/Power BI to understand requirements and optimise networks, while modelling costs and pricing and incorporating green

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing end-to-end transport solutions.
• Experience using Paragon Transport Modelling and data analysis with Excel/Power BI.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and operations to optimise transport network opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end transport networks and supply chain solutions.
• Analyze data using Excel/Power BI to understand customer requirements and current processes.
• Collaborate with customers and operational teams to optimise new business or re-engineer existing operations.
• Commercialise solutions through cost and pricing models.
• Incorporate Go Green agenda and vehicle emissions considerations into transport designs.
• Act as a Solution Design SME within a technology/business unit and share expertise with the team.
• Work with business development and bid teams to present quality outputs to customers.
