Michael Page is seeking a Senior Solutions Design Manager for a permanent hybrid role based in Northampton, requiring 1-2 days in the office. You will lead solution design projects for new tenders and optimise operations for existing customers across the 3PL/contract logistics sector.

You will develop tailored logistics solutions, manage end-to-end design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse data to drive improvements, and present proposals to senior management while ensuring

Competenze

Experience in logistics or supply chain within transport and distribution.
Proven ability to design and implement distribution solutions.
Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
Proficient with Excel for data analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
