Job summary

Michael Page requires a Solutions Design Manager to drive innovative logistics solutions for a leading transport and distribution 3PL. You will analyse processes, design strategic initiatives, and deliver detailed project plans with stakeholder buy-in.

Background in logistics or warehousing/3PL sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational efficiency.
Experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective solutions to optimise logistics operations.
Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute strategic initiatives.
Create detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Present proposals and reports to stakeholders with clear objectives.
