You will manage projects from concept to completion, mentor junior staff, build strong client relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive low-carbon, innovative transport outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in transport planning within development and infrastructure contexts.
• Proven leadership, project delivery and client management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proactive approach and passion for innovation and low-carbon transport.
• A degree in Transport Planning, Engineering, Geography or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of transport planning projects across development and infrastructure schemes.
• Prepare and oversee Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, transport modelling and environmental work.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage projects, programmes and budgets.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to business development.
