Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technical Supervisor in Harlow to lead Day and Shift engineering teams within a critical environment. You will ensure service delivery aligns with SLA commitments, while maintaining compliance with H&S policies and client requirements.

You will act as a trusted leader, coordinating maintenance activities, reviewing SOPs and documents, and reporting to the Technical Contract Manager. A strong background in building services and Safe Systems of Work is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Critical Environments.
• Supervisory or team management experience.
• Electrical competency certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of building services (Mechanical & Electrical).
• Familiarity with CMMS and BMS systems; Safe Systems of Work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct line management to Day and Shift engineering teams.
• Lead planned and reactive maintenance within SLA targets.
• Ensure compliance with CBRE and client policies; manage safety procedures.
