As the Lead Technical Program Manager within the Corporate Risk Technology, Program Governance and Management team, you will promote the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs to meet business objectives across the firm. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories to create innovative solutions while efficiently managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability will help you navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives are aligned with business goals. With your advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, you will cultivate productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Risk Technology equips the firm with a suite of applications and processes to manage risk in areas such as Market Risk, Wholesale Credit Risk, Asset Wealth Management, and Climate Risk.
In this role, you will also enhance Program Governance across the Risk organization and help define and implement an approach that provides full investment transparency to all stakeholders. Engaging with the Risk Engineering teams will be crucial to understanding current work execution and building relationships with key project execution stakeholders across Corporate Technology and the Risk Management organization. You will review project execution ownership models and ensure appropriate execution governance is in place.
