Job summary

FCDO Services is seeking a Technical Engineering Apprenticeship Lead to manage all aspects of the second-year program, shaping content, placements and EPA readiness. You will line-manage apprentices, review progress and provide pastoral support, while identifying growth needs and coordinating with E&O, UKNACE and Global Services for placements.

Qualifications

• Must have line management experience; mentoring experience a plus.
• Experience with budgets and capacity planning.
• Working knowledge of security landscape; familiarity with CDM regs, IET career development plan and HR policy is advantageous.
• Experience with data work and analytics is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Technical Engineering Apprenticeship from its second year.
• Determine content, arrange placements and trips, ensure EPA readiness.
• Line-manage apprentices; review progress and provide pastoral support.
• Identify development needs and support improvement.
• Collaborate with E&O, UKNACE and Global Services to secure placements.
