Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking an experienced Early Careers Apprentice Specialist to own the UK&I apprenticeship offering, ensuring high-quality, compliant and well-supported learning throughout the learner journey and into professional careers.

The role combines apprenticeship expertise, compliance, programme management and stakeholder engagement. You will shape programmes, monitor performance and ensure alignment with funding, regulatory and business requirements across

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing apprenticeship programmes with strong understanding of Level 6 standards.
• Detailed knowledge of apprenticeship legislation, funding rules and compliance.
• Experience supporting apprentices through onboarding, progression reviews and EPA.
• Experience building strategic partnerships with universities, colleges and training providers.
• Ability to review provider agreements and ensure compliant, commercially sound arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic support liaison and the apprentice lifecycle from onboarding to progression and EPA.
• Act as primary liaison between Stantec and universities, colleges and providers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on apprenticeship legislation, funding rules and governance across the UK.
• Support Talent Acquisition with apprenticeship recruitment and pathway advice.
• Govern provider agreements and programme documentation with internal stakeholders.
