Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Early Careers Apprentice Specialist to own the UK & Ireland apprenticeship offering, ensuring high-quality, compliant learner experiences from onboarding through to transition into professional roles.

You will partner with universities, training providers and HR across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, focusing on governance, funding compliance and continuous improvement of programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing apprenticeship programmes and ensuring compliance with funding rules.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship legislation across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
• Experience liaising with universities, colleges and training providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic support liaison and all stages of the apprentice lifecycle from onboarding to EPA and transition into roles.
• Develop strategic partnerships with universities and training providers to support learner success and programme delivery.
• Monitor provider performance, learner progression and service quality to ensure alignment with standards and learner expectations.
• Advise on apprenticeship legislation, funding rules and best practice across the UK regions.
• Governance of provider agreements and programme documentation with internal stakeholders.
• Balance multiple stakeholders and priorities to maintain high support levels for apprentices and partners.
