Qualifications

• Experience in apprenticeships, education or learner support.
• Experience building relationships with employers or external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for supporting young people and apprentices.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Construction & Technology apprentices.
• Main point of contact for apprentices and employers.
• Conduct regular tri-partite progress reviews and monitor learner progress.
• Develop action plans to keep apprentices on track for End Point Assessment.
• Support apprentice recruitment, onboarding and induction.
• Deliver group tutorials and professional development sessions.
• Work with employers, curriculum teams and student services.
• Maintain learner records using college systems.
• 37-hour week, Monday to Friday; based in Aylesbury with occasional travel.
