Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited in Kent is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our established technical team. You will manage and coordinate all technical information, drawings and consultant inputs to deliver residential schemes on time.

The ideal candidate will have an HNC/HND in Construction or Civil Engineering, strong organisational and communication skills, and proven AutoCAD ability, with experience across RIBA stages and CDM regulations.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Construction, Design or Civil Engineering is essential.
• Strong organisational skills are required.
• Excellent communication abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in traditional housing construction is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical information, engineering details and working drawing packages to deliver developments as intended and secure approvals.
• Coordinate consultants and manage surveys and reports.
• Support design meetings and ensure information is issued accurately and on schedule.
