Job summary

Integral UK is seeking an Account Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for critical MEP services across banking HQ and data centre environments. You will drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver proactive technical leadership in collaboration with Specialist Vendors.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, oversee CMMS records, and prepare concise reports for client reviews, while maintaining high standards of service excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in critical environments such as Banking HQ or Data Centres.
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering qualification with HNC/HND or an completed apprenticeship.
• C&G Parts 1 & 2, 18th Edition Wiring and Installation.
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the engineering team and coordinate Specialist Vendors.
• Operate all building systems including HV/LV switching, with improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and contract SLAs.
• Lead CMMS usage for MEP PPM, reactive and corrective work orders and track performance.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to Monthly/Quarterly reporting and risk reviews.
