Job summary

Facilities management intrapreneur ltd in the Southampton Area is seeking a Technical Account Manager to deliver the full suite of FM services to a key client, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a 5 Star service. You will oversee system operations, hard service delivery, PPM, reactive maintenance, M&E and help desk, with full managerial and financial responsibility.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset to drive service expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering FM services in a critical workplace environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hard services operations and coordinate site teams and supply chain.
• Maintain client relationships through progress reviews and site visits.
• Manage P&L and ensure profit margins.
• Lead soft services professionals, M&E engineers, and contract support staff.
• Contribute to SOPs, emergency and contingency planning.
• Ensure safe working conditions and review H&S policy.
• Identify opportunities to expand contract value and re-tender when appropriate.
