1. Looking for strictly 13+ years of experience
2. 13+ relevant experience in Pega with strong expertise in CLM/KYC
3. Good experience in banking domain and Pega LSA certification
4. Analyze, design, and support implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and frameworks
5. Responsible for implementing technical solutions on Pega 7.X
6. Perform regular code and design reviews
7. Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
8. Provide regular updates to team lead and project manager on project progress and issues
9. Ability to create reusable components for enterprise-wide use to enhance customer experience
10. Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications using Pega Systems SmartBPM methodology and DCO tools
11. Good understanding of Pega's new case management features
