Job summary

ArcelorMittal is looking for a Manager, Sustainability Reporting Workstreams to lead and coordinate major reporting workstreams across the group's sustainability disclosures. You will draft disclosures, manage inputs from global contributors, and support assurance and sign-off processes.

Based in London, this role blends rigorous corporate reporting with ESG expertise, offering a structured, cross-functional environment and a path to impact through CSRD and ESRS across geographies.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in sustainability reporting or corporate reporting.
• Experience delivering ESG or integrated reporting.
• Excellent programme and stakeholder management.
• Experience with external assurance providers and ratings submissions.
• Knowledge of CSRD and ESRS.
• French, Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined sustainability reporting workstreams.
• Coordinate inputs across geographies and functions.
• Develop reporting plans, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Draft high-quality disclosures for annual and other reporting.
• Support external assurance processes and ratings submissions.
• Drive CSRD/ESRS reporting developments and improvements.
• Draft and review reporting content for senior stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and manage risks and dependencies.
