Qualifications

• Extensive sustainability reporting expertise in a complex global organisation.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting regulations and frameworks.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, multi‑market projects with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical reporting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish the operating model for local sustainability reporting, including governance and escalation paths.
• Provide subject matter guidance on local regulations and disclosures.
• Develop a hub to share local sustainability data and best practices with teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, guidance, timelines and controls for subsidiary reporting.
• Ensure local disclosures align with Group standards and reporting policies.
• Oversee quality, audit-readiness and documentation of disclosures.
