Job summary

M3 EU Central Services is seeking an ESG Sustainability Manager to own the global EcoVadis submissions, carbon reporting, and supplier due diligence across business units. You will coordinate policy audits, support MSAs, and respond to client questionnaires while ensuring UK and EU compliance. Strong project management and independent working style are essential.

This role includes preparing the annual sustainability report and contributing to thought leadership, webinars, and industry events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sustainability/ESG with EcoVadis submissions.
• Experience responding to client sustainability questionnaires.
• Knowledge of carbon accounting and GHG data collection.
• Able to work independently across units with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain EcoVadis submissions across entities.
• Audit sustainability policies and supplier MSAs.
• Complete client sustainability questionnaires and RFPs.
• Support MSA negotiations with sustainability data.
• Maintain emissions, energy and waste data for reporting.
• Draft annual sustainability report and carbon targets.
