Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Supported Living Registered Manager to lead two services in Birmingham and Coventry for a leading UK healthcare provider.

You will drive exemplary, person-centred care, ensure CQC compliance and develop high-performing teams across both sites. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or progress toward) is required, with strong leadership and stakeholder liaison skills.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or working towards it.
• Previous experience as Registered Manager in Supported Living (essential).
• Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, governance and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership across Supported Living services.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice.
• Drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding quality standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams through coaching, supervision and performance management.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, audits, governance and quality assurance processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with Local Authorities, ICBs, Commissioners, Housing Associations and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, occupancy levels and service performance.
• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, inclusion and person-centred care.
• Support the continued growth and development of the services.
