Job summary

Midway Care Group is seeking an experienced Locality Manager to oversee our supported living services in Birmingham. You will lead a diverse team, ensure high standards of care, and drive continuous improvement to meet CQC requirements.

This role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care, proven leadership experience in similar settings, and a willingness to travel with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care required.
• Proven experience managing supported living services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for our supported living service.
• Ensure services meet and exceed CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop person-centred care plans to promote independence.
• Recruit, train and develop a passionate team to deliver care.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders.
• Take on Registered Manager responsibilities for the service.
