Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Supported Living Manager to deliver outstanding person-centred support across Cannock, Burton upon Trent and Tamworth. The role is based at the Cannock head office in a busy, forward-looking healthcare organisation.

You will lead services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement while fostering a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• To be considered, you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care and have experience in a similar role.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience managing Supported Living services or closely related services.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills, with focus on quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee high-quality Supported Living services with person-centred support.
• Promote independence, dignity and autonomy for people supported.
• Manage, motivate and develop a high-performing staff team.
• Ensure services comply with regulations, governance and quality standards.
• Build relationships with people supported, families, professionals and stakeholders.
