Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Supported Living Registered Manager to lead two services in Birmingham and Coventry, delivering person-centred care for adults with complex needs. You will ensure high-quality governance, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or in progress) and a strong track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Service Manager within Supported Living.
• Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, governance and safeguarding.
• Proven leadership and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership across Supported Living services.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice.
• Drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding quality standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams through coaching, supervision and performance management.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, audits, governance and quality assurance processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with Local Authorities, ICBs, Commissioners, Housing Associations and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, occupancy levels and service performance.
• Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, inclusion and person-centred care.
• Support the continued growth and development of the services.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Supported Living Registered Manager to lead two supported living services located in Birmingham and Coventry, working for one of the UK's leading healthcare provider

This is a rewarding leadership role with an established provider committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care for adults with complex support needs

To be considered for this position you must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or be working towards it)

As the Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Provide inspirational leadership across Supported Living services
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice
• Drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding quality standards
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams through coaching, supervision and performance management
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, audits, governance and quality assurance processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Commissioners, Housing Associations and external stakeholders
• Manage budgets, occupancy levels and service performance
• Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, inclusion and person-centred care
• Support the continued growth and development of the services

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Service Manager within Supported Living (essential)
• Proven experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and other complex behaviours
• Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, governance and safeguarding
• A track record of successfully leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• A full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between services

The successful Manager will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly.This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on days.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
