Job summary

Keys Group in Harrow is seeking a Female Senior Support Worker to join our Supported Living service at Harrow, HA2. You will lead a team of Support Workers, deliver high-quality care, and ensure care plans are followed. This role requires a UK driving license and experience in supported living.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence & supported living experience required.
• Gender requirement based on genuine occupational need.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Support Workers.
• Providing high standards of care in line with care plans.
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting activities.
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required.
• Liaise with health professionals and their families.
• Complete supervisions and audits.
• Ensure staff duties meet standards and contribute to a happy, homely atmosphere.
