Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in the care sector.
• Level 3 qualification in residential childcare preferred.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including sleep-ins.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of care workers.
