Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Lead Support Worker - Female in Tingley. You will join a friendly home supporting four ladies, helping them live fulfilling lives through activities and daily routines. The role blends hands-on care with leadership, mentoring colleagues and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week on a rota with day shifts; driving licence preferred but not essential. A competitive pay rate (£15.90 per hour) and extensive benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead with empathy to empower people and guide the team.
• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to four residents.
• Mentor and support colleagues; share good practice and feedback.
• Coordinate daily routines, including personal care, meals, and activities.
• Support with planning, reviews and continuous service improvement.
