Dimensions is hiring a Female Support Worker in Telford to provide compassionate, person-centred care for two ladies in their 60s with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy. You will support daily living, medication, meals, and activities, including outings and swimming, while promoting independence and wellbeing.

We value reliability and empathy; a full UK driving licence (automatic) is required. Training, DBS, and career progression opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (automatic) required.
• Experience in care/hands-on support is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support to two ladies in their 60s with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy.
• Assist with personal care, meals, medication, and healthy routines.
• Encourage activities and social outings such as shopping, meals, and swimming.
