Job summary
Dimensions Ltd is seeking two Support Workers for MAT Leave Cover in Tingley, Wakefield. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with two temporary positions from October 2026 to October 2027.
A UK/EU manual driving licence is essential to support the ladies in the local community and beyond. You will join a small team supporting four women with varying needs, providing practical and emotional support, promoting independence, and engaging in a range of activities from outings to daily
Qualifications
- UK / EU manual driving licence required.
- Ability to provide mobility support and personal care.
- Confident, caring and motivated individuals sought.
Responsibilities
- Support four ladies in daily activities and social events.
- Encourage independence and choice in everyday life.
- Provide emotional reassurance and companionship.
- Assist with personal care in a respectful, person-centred way.
- Support with medication administration.
- Help with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry.
- Support attendance at appointments, family visits, holidays and days out.
