Job summary

GDS Group is seeking a Summit Producer to own and deliver a portfolio of programmes across Marketing, Customer Experience and Advanced Data & Analytics. You will research with industry leaders, craft agendas reflecting real priorities, and secure senior executives to speak on stage.

You will lead research, agenda development, and coordination with sales, operations and marketing to ensure flawless delivery of both US-based live events and our virtual environments.

Qualifications

• At least two years delivering B2B events with speaker research and management.
• Strong communicator who can credibly engage high-profile executives.
• Collaborative leader capable of coordinating sales, operations and marketing.
• Commercial acumen with event sponsors and partners.
• Excellent organisational and project-management skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run desk and phone research with senior industry leaders to shape summit programmes.
• Write engaging agendas that reflect sector priorities.
• Pitch topics to C-suite executives and secure speakers.
• Identify and acquire high-profile speakers from leading enterprises.
• Build clear briefs to align sales and marketing teams.
• Support live delivery of summits, on-site and in virtual environments.
