Job summary

Product Marketing Alliance Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Conference Producer to lead research and speaker engagement for technology, marketing and finance events. You’ll curate compelling content, own the event lifecycle, and drive partnerships and attendance.

The role offers hybrid work with travel opportunities and UK remote options. You’ll develop leadership skills while coordinating marketing, sales and community teams to deliver world‑class experiences and ensure sponsor value.

Responsibilities

• Carry out research and engage with the community to understand challenges and opportunities in the space.
• Engage with and secure speakers from leading brands and start-ups (e.g. TikTok, Microsoft, Peloton, Uber).
• Curate event content, format and agenda for attendee value.
• As product owner, act as the command centre for your event from launch to delivery.
• Project manage marketing, sales and community teams to drive partnerships, tickets and attendance.
• Develop leadership, initiative and adaptability to meet ambitious targets.
• Build and maintain event websites, develop copy and support content-led promotion.
• Run events on-site or virtually with operations support.
