Job Title: Department Lead - Sub Assembly

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to oversee our Sub Assembly Department. You will manage the department responsible for building and maintaining race car sub-assemblies in the factory, supervising Technicians to ensure work is completed to specified deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the overall operations of the Sub Assembly Department.
2. Ensure adherence to build processes and practices.
3. Maintain and update all lifeing records throughout the event year.
4. Oversee all sub-assemblies, including gearbox, differential, and suspension.
5. Handle assemblies and vehicles carefully to prevent damage.
6. Report problems to engineering or management as necessary.
7. Collaborate with the planning team to improve assembly processes.
8. Manage team workload to meet deadlines and quality standards.
9. Work overtime as required by project demands.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a senior or supervisory role within Motorsport, with strong knowledge of gearbox and motorsport sub-assemblies. You should be highly organized and capable of working under high pressure.
