3847 BHS and PBB Lead Technician FT AM/PM

Location: Birmingham, Alabama

Position: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Shifts: A.M. shift, Overnight shift, P.M. shift

Requirements and Description

ERMC operates stations in more than 200 airports, providing a full range of ground aviation services including ticketing, ground handling, cabin cleaning, and cargo. We also handle operations and maintenance for terminals and support facilities at some of the world's busiest airports.

We are seeking a PBB/BHS Tech Lead!

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, with a valid Government ID and social security card.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, and in small spaces.
• Ability to receive security clearances after background checks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with extended hours as needed.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians to perform maintenance efficiently.
• Provide accurate reports on maintenance issues.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts, and labor in CMMS.
• Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance, including 24-hour emergency response.
• Enhance maintenance capabilities and personnel skills.
• Plan and manage resources cost-effectively.
• Lead performance improvements among team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and meet goals.
• Handle administrative tasks supporting maintenance operations.
• Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to safety practices.

Requirements
