Basingstoke College of Technology is seeking a Lead Student Support Assistant to provide leadership within the Student Experience Department. You will deliver inclusive, responsive support across our English/Maths, Curriculum areas or Foundation Learning teams and work closely with tutors to ensure high-quality learner outcomes.

You will supervise several Student Support Assistants, carrying out performance reviews, inductions, mentoring, and driving targets.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have current authorisation to work in the UK, sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Student Support Assistants and conduct performance reviews twice yearly.
• Plan staff inductions, mentor staff and monitor progress toward targets.
• Deliver inclusive, responsive support across the college in coordination with tutors.
