Qualifikationen

• Experience in a structural engineering consultancy, ideally within residential and commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural design, analysis and relevant design standards.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate confidently with clients and other design professionals.
• Proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of work.
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Ideally Chartered or pursuing Chartered status with a recognised professional institution.

Aufgaben

• Leading and delivering structural designs for a range of residential and commercial projects.
• Taking projects from concept design through to detailed design and construction.
• Producing and reviewing calculations, specifications and technical drawings.
• Liaising with clients, architects, contractors and other members of the design team.
• Providing technical guidance and supporting junior engineers where required.
• Managing project workloads, meeting deadlines and ensuring designs meet relevant standards and regulations.
• Contributing ideas and practical solutions to overcome engineering challenges and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
