Job summary

You will lead designs from concept through to construction, produce calculations and drawings, and mentor junior engineers while liaising with clients and the design team.

Salary up to £60,000, dependent on experience, with opportunities to progress and work on a varied portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Ideally Chartered or working towards Chartered status.
• Experience in residential and commercial projects within a consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver structural designs for residential and commercial projects.
• Take projects from concept through to construction.
• Produce and review calculations, specifications and drawings.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and other members of the design team.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Manage workloads and ensure designs meet relevant standards.
