Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Structural Design Engineer in Kent, focused on residential design. You will contribute from concept through to completion, collaborating with clients, architects and project teams to deliver buildable, compliant structures.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on UK residential design experience, strong knowledge of UK building practices, and a proactive approach to ownership and career progression in a collaborative consultancy.

Qualifications

Residential design experience gained in the UK.
Strong knowledge of UK building practices and structural design principles.
Experience designing structures across a range of residential projects.
Good technical ability and a practical approach to engineering.
The ability to communicate with clients, architects and project teams.
Desire to develop, take ownership and progress your career.

Responsibilities
