American Society of Civil Engineers in Central London is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to lead the delivery of complex structural projects across sectors, coordinating with clients, architects and design teams. You will be Chartered with IStructE or ICE, have UK consultancy experience, mentor junior engineers and manage project programmes, resources and fees within a hybrid working environment.

Offering a salary of £65,000 - £85,000 with benefits, competitive pension and professional

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer status with IStructE or ICE.
• Experience delivering UK consultancy projects.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Lead multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of structural materials (steel, concrete, masonry, timber).
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage resources and fees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural delivery of complex projects across sectors.
