The successful candidate will have eight years+ post-graduate experience, strong UK consultancy exposure, and Chartered status or near-appointment, with a pathway to leadership within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Eight years+ post-graduate structural engineering experience.
Strong UK consultancy background.
Experience delivering own structural engineering projects.
Excellent technical design skills across steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry.
Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Strong client-facing skills and ability to build professional relationships.
Commercial awareness with project planning, resource management and fee delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education and mixed-use sectors.
Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.
Strengthen existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
