Believe Care and Support in Lytham St Annes is seeking a Female Team Leader to join a small specialist team for a young woman in her own home. You will lead, mentor and support a dedicated group of carers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

The role demands experience with complex mental health needs, trauma-informed care, eating disorders and autism, plus a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. An empowering, stable leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior/lead role in supported living or home-care settings.
• Strong leadership, supervision and team-building skills.
• Ability to apply trauma-informed approaches to complex mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of Support Workers.
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care.
• Provide hands-on support within the 3:1 team.
• Promote trauma-informed and compassionate care.
• Support with daily living, routines and independence.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family.
