Job summary
Willowbrook Homecare in Lytham St Annes is seeking a proactive Care Supervisor to join our team. You will lead care staff, visit clients, provide personal care, manage medications, and maintain up-to-date care plans. Induction and ongoing training are provided, with opportunities for progression and a on-call enhancement.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care.
- QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care required.
- Good written/spoken communication and IT skills.
- Full driving licence and transport.
Responsibilities
- Visit nominated adult clients as directed by care coordinators and management.
- Provide personal care and support to clients.
- Administer medications, meals, repositioning, and domestic tasks.
- Complete paperwork and review care plans with updates when needed.
- Coordinate rostering with managers to maximise client contact time.
- Provide in-field support and complete handovers at shift end.
- Communicate changes to clients, carers and staff promptly.
