Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent leadership and an eye for consistent quality and presentation.
• Passion for authentic Spanish cuisine and high-quality ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and food preparation.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation to Brindisa's standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Develop and train junior chefs and contribute to menu development and innovation.
