Miller & Carter – Parkhead is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train a team and step in for the Head Chef when needed. You’ll help deliver high-quality steaks and customer experiences in a fast-paced, guest‑facing role.

Formación

• Experience leading high-volume kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
