Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Sous Chef to act as the Head Chef's right hand in a busy, high-volume kitchen. You will lead shifts, maintain standards across all sections, and take charge when the Head Chef is away.

As a Sous Chef, you’ll drive Italian classics with accuracy, mentor the team, and work closely with front-of-house to ensure every guest leaves impressed. This role offers a clear path to Head Chef within Brava Hospitality Group.
