Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Sous Chef to act as the Head Chef's right hand, running shifts, maintaining high standards across sections, and taking charge when the Head Chef is away.

You will help foster a welcoming guest experience, support the front of house, and ensure every dish is prepared to spec, with attention to food safety and team wellbeing. A strong leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• Able to lead shifts and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Good knowledge of food safety, allergens and health and safety.
• Ambition to run your own kitchen one day.
