Prezzo Italian is seeking a Sous Chef to be the Head Chef's right hand and lead shifts in a busy kitchen. You will maintain high standards across sections, support a strong front-of-house collaboration, and help shape the dining experience with consistent, well-presented dishes.

You’ll join a brand with a clear path to Head Chef, an emphasis on teamwork, and opportunities for development within Brava Hospitality Group.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen.

Aufgaben

• Run the pass and lead shifts with confidence.
• Train and coach the team, helping develop the chefs of tomorrow.
• Step up and run the kitchen in your Head Chef's absence.
• Ensure every dish is made fresh, cooked properly and plated to spec.
• Work closely with front of house to deliver a consistent guest impression.
• Assist with ordering, stock and waste; lead on safety on shift.
