Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead shifts, and uphold high standards across the kitchen. You will train staff, manage sections, and step in when the Head Chef is absent to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen with shift leadership.
• Commitment to consistent quality and plating excellence.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens and HACCP basics.
• Ambition to progress to Head Chef and manage a kitchen.

Responsibilities
