Qualifications

• Experience as a chef at senior level in branded kitchens.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen teams to work cohesively.
• Solid understanding of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high‑quality meals.
• Support Head Chef with ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with brand menus and standards.
• Manage Chefs and broader Kitchen Team and optimise shifts.
• Maintain strict health and hygiene practices across the kitchen.
