Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Belvedere Arms is seeking a Sous Chef who will lead a kitchen section, develop your team and step in for the Head Chef when required. You will work with a branded menu and help manage stock, food ordering and preparation.

You will ensure consistent quality, coach junior chefs and maintain strict health and hygiene standards to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
