wagamama is hiring a sous chef in Enfield to support leading the shifts and kitchen team. You’ll ensure dishes are prepared fresh, with bold flavours, and you’ll help the team develop their skills while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

You’ll work closely with management to run a vibrant kitchen, focus on training, food safety, and the financial performance of the kitchen. This role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to grow.

• Experience managing a kitchen team.
• Strong cooking fundamentals and ability to maintain quality.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a busy kitchen.
