Qualifikationen

• Experience in a professional kitchen at Sous Chef level or above.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead during service.
• Knowledge of stock control, purchasing and food cost management.
• Experience in menu planning and costing.

• Take charge of the kitchen in Head Chef's absence.
• Lead, motivate and support the kitchen team during service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, flavour and presentation.
• Train and develop junior chefs.
• Assist with menu planning and costing.
• Manage food purchasing and control costs.
• Monitor stock and minimise waste.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, labeling and temperature controls.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and arrange repairs.
