Job summary

The Refectory in Milford, part of Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations and collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will drive food quality, presentation, and service while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous or sous level is essential.
• Strong leadership to run the kitchen alongside Head Chef.
• Commitment to high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
